Club members will be aware that the compound is just about full, and there will be more boats requiring storage for the coming winter. The club operates a system where, when demand is too high, spaces are allocated to those who are active club members. There are a number of items and boats in the compound at present that are unlikely to be allocated space  in the winter, as they are unused and some have been there for a number of years. If  you have such a boat - or other equipment , it would be a good time to consider removal prior to the club allocating spaces later in the summer.
